We work with clients across industries to drive online growth. We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our own marketing efforts.

As the Remote Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, leads, and client acquisition for our agency. This role blends strategy with execution, requiring a mix of creativity, data-driven decision making, and strong project management.

• Develop and oversee the company’s overall marketing strategy
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, PPC, webinars)
• Manage our online presence: website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms
• Create and manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice
• Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to inform decisions
• Optimize marketing funnels to increase lead generation and conversion rates
• Work with sales and design teams to support business goals
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities

• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency or B2B environment
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and measurable ROI
• Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, PPC, content marketing, and analytics
• Familiar with tools like Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setup
