A highly strategic, personable, and dynamic People HR professional offering an exceptional track record of delivering organisational change through…We're expanding our Team and are looking for a Brand Ambassador. The role will be home-based with 60-80% of time travelling to our sites (Nationally).
Salary £30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus benefits
This role acts as a dedicated Ambassador for Zapgo, fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential landlords, as well as drivers. The role will support gathering valuable feedback to help shape and improve our services, whilst driving utilisation and promoting our Brand.
Key responsibilities Brand Ambassador (Marketing Support: 60–80% Field Based)- Conduct market and competitor research to identify local and regional promotional opportunities.
- Source, evaluate, and contact potential promotional partners (local businesses, venues, events) to support brand growth.
- Represent the brand in the field, engaging directly with customers to build awareness, gather feedback, and strengthen brand perception.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, event organisers, and community stakeholders.
- Plan and execute in-person promotional activity, including pop-ups, events, and on-site activations.
- Collect customer insights and market feedback from field activity and share findings with the wider marketing team.
- Create marketing content including blog posts, social media captions, and promotional copy.
- Support social media strategy through on-the-ground content capture (photos, videos, stories).
- Act as an ambassador for Zapgo, building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective landlords.
- Represent Zapgo in interactions with drivers, ensuring strong relationships and a positive experience.
- Promote Zapgo across social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Support a variety of general marketing activities and support with event preparation.
- Confident in building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Strong admin background.
- Must hold full driving licence as National travel required.
- Experience in a Communications and Marketing role preferable.
- Some experience with creative and design tools desirable.
