Content & Marketing Executive Role Overview

This Content & Marketing Executive role offers the opportunity to work remotely in the UAE, creating compelling and engaging content for both Hanson Search and The Work Crowd. You will be responsible for writing, editing and optimising web pages, blogs, reports, thought leadership articles and marketing materials to drive engagement and attract new business.

As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Content & Marketing Executive to create high-quality, SEO-optimised content for both our websites, helping us engage clients, candidates and industry professionals.

• Create SEO-Optimised Landing Pages for Hanson Search and The Work Crowd websites to drive traffic and conversions.
• Write Thought Leadership Pieces and relevant industry news/insights articles to establish the brand as a trusted voice in recruitment and talent advisory.
• Produce Reports and Event Write‑ups to support marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
• Edit and write up Interviews to showcase industry expertise and perspectives.
• Develop marketing literature that communicates the value of our services to clients and candidates.
• Research topics related to recruitment, talent advisory and freelance/consultancy markets to produce high‑quality content.
• Produce recruitment tips that attract new clients.
• Update website content with SEO‑optimised copy to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Edit existing website pages to enhance SEO performance and ensure content is up‑to‑date and aligned with current trends.
• Write and produce case studies that highlight the success and impact of our services.
• Develop content to attract new business through both organic channels.

• You have experience writing for the web, creating content that is both engaging and optimised for SEO.
• You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
• You have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and can write optimised content that ranks well.
• You have excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and consistency in tone and style.

• Experience working in recruitment, HR or talent advisory content.
• Familiarity with Word Press, Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Yoast or SEMrush.
• Ability to create content that speaks to a diverse audience, from senior executives to freelance professionals.

• Flexible, remote working from anywhere in the UAE.
• Contribute to a growing, dynamic team with opportunities to shape the content strategy for both Hanson Search and The Work Crowd.
