• Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for client ad campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the execution of high-quality advertisements
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform creative improvements and innovations
• Conduct thorough market and audience research to deliver targeted messaging
• Present creative pitches and concepts to clients, articulating the strategic vision behind the work
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in an advertising agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in creative tools and project management software (e.g., Click Up, Google Docs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling ability
