Known for their innovative products, bold branding, and influencer-driven strategy, they’ve quickly become one of the most talked-about names across Tik Tok and Social Media.

After an incredible year of growth, the business is now expanding its Marketing team and hiring for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility through this exciting channel.

You will...

• Manage and grow the affiliate marketing programme, driving revenue and customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with high-performing influencers and run all influencer campaigns.
• Work very closely with the team to align affiliate activity with wider campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, commissions, and incentives to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Analyze results, producing regular performance reporting and insights to inform strategy.
• Ensure affiliate activity remains compliant with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

You will need...

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing within the Beauty Industry.
• Experience using affiliate platforms and tracking performance against KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Ability to be organised, proactive, confident, and articulate.
• A passion to succeed and develop as a marketer and as an individual.
• An ambitious mindset with a desire to progress within marketing.
