We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Account Manager / Paid Advertising Specialist who’s ready to take the lead on Meta and Google PPC campaigns whilst also being taking ownership of client relationships.
The primary objective will typically be generating super high-quality leads and meetings for service-based companies across UK via Digital Marketing, utilising the Meta and Google Ad Platforms.
This hybrid role gives you the chance to manage paid campaigns while building strong client relationships. You’ll need at least 3+ years of experience in full end to end with in Meta Ads management & Google Ads Management, whilst building out full funnel marketing systems within Go High Level .

What You'll Be Doing- Work closely with our Head of Delivery and wider delivery team to implement and optimise multi-channel paid ad strategies across predominantly Meta & Google ads.
- Campaign strategy & execution - Build, strategise, optimise and grow paid social campaigns to drive growth and exceed commercial targets
- Stakeholder management - Building relationships with other MVF teams, keeping them up to date with campaign performance, issues and opportunities
- Manage client relationships, including regular reporting and strategy presentations.
- Collaborate with wider team to create compelling campaigns, creatives and content that converts.
- Dive deep into campaign analytics to understand performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates.
- Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Contribute to the development of our agency's best practices and processes.
- Experience:
4+ years managing end-to-end lead gen focused Meta Ads and Google PPC campaigns. - Client Management:
Proven ability to build strong client relationships, act as their primary point of contact, handle onboarding and be OBSESSED with their satisfaction. - Creative:
Thinking up great ideas for campaigns that will make our clients stand out and generate quality leads is the aim of the game. - Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills, using performance data to continuously optimise campaigns for conversions and provide clear insights to clients. - Organisational
