Marketing Manager – Remote

Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive Marketing Manager who can support a growing AI-focused team with strong organizational and communication expertise. You will play a central role in managing team communications, coordinating onboarding for new members, distributing plans, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to ensure smooth workflows. The position also involves providing feedback that drives collaboration and team performance, making you a key contributor to both operational efficiency and strategic marketing initiatives.

The role is fully remote and offered on an ongoing, full-time contract basis.

• Oversee and streamline internal team communications to ensure clarity and alignment
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members, including orientation and integration into workflows
• Manage the distribution of marketing and project plans to relevant stakeholders
• Track progress and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance collaboration, performance, and project outcomes
• Support the development of marketing initiatives that align with company objectives
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, plans, and feedback to aid team efficiency

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to give constructive feedback and manage collaborative processes
• Competence in using digital communication tools and project management platforms
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in marketing, project coordination, or team management is preferred but not required
• Availability for full-time, contract-based remote work
