We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and growth-focused Product Marketing Manager to join a fully remote team and lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across key product lines. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the full product marketing lifecycle—from market research and competitive intelligence to launch strategy, sales enablement, and performance optimization. You will play a critical role in shaping how the product is positioned in the market and how it contributes to pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.

- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and value propositions
- Translate complex product features into benefit-driven messaging
- Create compelling narratives for target personas and buying committees
- Maintain messaging consistency across web, campaigns, sales enablement, and content
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to refine messaging
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
- Build launch plans including timelines, cross-functional coordination, and campaign assets
- Partner with demand generation to drive awareness and adoption
- Align product releases with marketing calendar and campaign strategy
- Ensure successful launch execution across digital channels
- Develop sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs, and competitive positioning materials
- Train sales teams on messaging, positioning, and differentiation
- Support pipeline acceleration through targeted product campaigns
- Align messaging with buyer journey stages to increase conversion rates
- Monitor product adoption metrics and influence retention strategies
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and positioning assessments
- Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and whitespace opportunities
- Develop win/loss analysis frameworks
- Provide insights to product and leadership teams
- Support pricing and packaging strategy development
- Define KPIs for product launches and campaigns
- Track pipeline influence, product adoption, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing operations and Rev Ops on reporting dashboards
- Optimize messaging and positioning based on data insights
- Connect product marketing activities to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue impact
- Partner closely with Product Management to align roadmap and messaging
- Work with Demand Generation to amplify launches and drive pipeline
- Support Customer Success with onboarding and expansion messaging
- Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Digital Marketing teams
- Serve as the internal product messaging expert
- Clear, differentiated product positioning in the market
- Successful product launches with measurable pipeline impact
- Increased product adoption and revenue contribution
- Strong alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams
- Data-driven optimization of messaging and GTM strategy
- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies preferred
- Strong storytelling and messaging development skills
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in remote or distributed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
