** About the Role
** We are looking for a creative, social-first
** Junior Social Media Specialist
** to join our Digital Marketing Team for a 12-month  this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our Logitech social media channels, acting as a key link between internal marketing teams and our Global Social Media Agency. You will help translate strategic objectives into platform-native content that drives engagement with our key audiences, fans and communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent with social media, immersed in pop culture, and excited to work at the intersection of digital marketing strategy, creativity, and execution.###

** Key Responsibilities
**** Agency Management & Workflow
*** Reporting to our Senior Social Media Strategist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day collaboration with our Global Social Media Agency to ensure best in class content execution and readiness.
* Coordinate on-time asset delivery, reviews, approvals, and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the always-on content strategy.
* Maintain and oversee the social media content calendar, based on brand campaigns, seasonal moments and social trends.
** Content Strategy & Briefing
*** Translate social media strategy into clear, actionable monthly content briefs.
* Ensure content aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and key moments in culture and brand calendar.
* Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, Comms, and Digital Teams to gather inputs and align messaging.
** Quality Control & Trend Integration
*** Review and provide feedback on all social media content prior to publication.
* Review planning and posting cadence across channels.
* Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic direction.
* Monitor platform trends, formats, and emerging best practices, proactively recommending relevant opportunities for the brand.###
** Profile
* ** Strong understanding of social media platforms and how audiences engage with them.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to provide constructive creative feedback.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.###
** Requirements
* ** 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency or in-house).
* Experience managing content calendars and writing creative briefs.
* Solid knowledge of major platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
