Head of Sales and Marketing

We’re a fast-growing digital vending retailer supplying essential non-food items to hotels and hospitals across the UK and Europe. In just four years, we’ve grown from two machines and a vision to almost 100 machines internationally — and we’re only getting started.

We’re now looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to work closely with our Managing Director and play a key role in scaling the business, developing new opportunities, and strengthening our brand.

• Building and managing relationships with existing customers
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities and markets
• Actively prospecting new locations and contacts
• Creating and supporting marketing and promotional materials
• Supporting product sourcing, including overseas suppliers (China)
• Communicating launches and promotions internally
• Assisting with customer presentations
• Maintaining sales trackers and reports
• Supporting logistics and operational optimisation
• Contributing to marketing strategy and growth planning

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital retail or vending
• Experience in hotels, NHS hospitals, hospitality
  , or similar sectors
• Sales and marketing-focus with strong customer-facing skills
• Data literate with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own car
