With an expanding portfolio and ambitious growth plans, the business is now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing function and scale impact across spaces and future openings.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially sharp, creatively driven marketer who can balance brand-building with performance, and strategy with hands-on execution.
The role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll own the end-to-end marketing agenda- setting direction, managing a high-performing small team and delivering campaigns that drive measurable growth in awareness, footfall, bookings, frequency and spend.
You’ll work closely with venue teams, operations, sales and external partners to ensure marketing is joined-up, easy to execute locally and consistently delivers ROI.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading group-wide marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Owning campaigns end-to-end, from concept to optimisation and review
- Building a modern, data-led marketing engine with clear performance measurement
- Driving website, digital, local discovery and conversion performance
- Leading CRM, loyalty and guest retention strategy
- Owning social, content and creator strategy across venues
- Protecting and evolving brand standards across all touch points
- Leading PR, partnerships and earned reach
- Managing budgets, agencies and suppliers
- Developing and leading a high-performing marketing team

About you
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site hospitality marketing
- Commercially confident, with strong performance and ROI discipline
- Excellent campaign and project management skills
- Strong understanding of digital, analytics and optimisation
- High creative and brand standards
- Collaborative, organised and calm under pressure
