This luxury boutique cinema chain are looking for a Head of Marketing to cover a maternity contract

This is a contract position with an asap start for a Head of Marketing - Cinema, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Marketing will lead the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, oversee the marketing team, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, driving sales growth, managing marketing activities, and strengthening public relations with industry contacts to elevate the cinema's brand and audience engagement.

• Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in conducting Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
• Experience in Sales and leveraging marketing initiatives to support revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Public Relations to establish and maintain positive relationships with industry stakeholders and the public.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire a marketing team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or cinema industry is highly desirable.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

We are ideally looking for someone from an exhibition or retail background and who understands ticketing and audiences. Although this is a contract role we would potentially look at someone with a notice period.
