Senior Consultant at Plexus Resource Solutions - Placing Web3 Marketers!

Plexus are working with a London-based Trading Operation on the Solana blockchain, currently scaling after raising $8m USD in seed funding.

They are looking for a Marketing Lead to join their growing team and scale all marketing efforts 0-1. Details as follows:

• Scale marketing 0-1, encompassing Brand, Socials and Campaign marketing
• Lead GTM strategy for upcoming TGE (scheduled for 2026)
• Grow and develop marketing function from scratch, onboarding relevant external vendors, agencies or hiring inhouse

• Must be from a DeFi marketing background (DeFi Protocol, Trading, L1 or L2)
• Experience scaling marketing functions 01 for early stage teams and brands
• Experienced developing GTM campaigns, social media marketing + content writing/development
• Global remote opportunity, work from anywhere, all-year round
• Revenue share options in addition to salary (+token allocation)
• Flexible B2B/1099 contract agreement + payment options (fiat or stablecoin)
