• Formulate and implement the NE MD/IVD local marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with regional managers.
• Engage with the NE commercial team to identify and prioritize territory-specific needs while maintaining a focus on Germany.
• Collaborate with industry associations and networks to enhance target audience outreach and promote thought leadership.
• Work with the wider Marketing community to gain campaign insights and optimize performance for ongoing planning.

• 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in Medical Devices / IVD regulatory or healthcare sectors.
• Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in large global matrix organizations.
• Proficient in managing marketing budgets.
