KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content such as posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to the audience.
- Monitor social media performance through analytics tools and provide regular reports on metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain positive engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to ensure the brand stays competitive.
- Execute social media ad campaigns and optimize them for target audiences.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Strategic thinking with an understanding of how social media contributes to business objectives.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns that achieved measurable success.
- Flexible working hours with a requirement to attend weekly virtual team meetings.
- Approximately 30-40 hours per week, depending on workload.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and platforms.
