Job Summary: To fuel our global expansion, we are seeking an experienced and energetic marketer to serve as a regional Field Marketing Manager. The role will be responsible for driving regional numbers through an integrated regional marketing plan leveraging local and centralized resources.

Responsibilities
  • Planning: Work with marketing leadership to build and implement a regional marketing strategy leveraging all marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Program Development: Align and collaborate with sales leaders to develop regional priorities and multi-channel marketing programs in line with our pipeline revenue needs.
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute marketing programs & events (trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, round tables, etc.) across the region.
  • Analysis: Monitor and report on performance of regional marketing programs with sales. Adjust plan and recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Be an expert on the regional market, customer and external environment including competition and trends to adapt regional marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Budget Oversight: Work with leadership to manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership, account execs, SDRs, partners, and customers.
  • As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in field/regional marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • A self-starter and independent, while excelling at cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Experience working on corporate events as well as industry conferences, roadshows, workshops and more.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and Hub Spot), social media platforms, and mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft / Google Office).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, Canadian French or other non-English language is a bonus.
  • Experience with procurement or compliance-related solutions is a significant plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
