We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to manage and grow the social media presence of our clients across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media marketing, content creation, and time management. This is a remote role that requires the ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Experience working in the agriculture sector is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Facebook and Instagram content strategies
  • Create high-quality, engaging content, including posts, Reels, and stories for multiple clients and social media accounts
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries professionally, and maintain brand tone
  • Run, track, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Maintain organized workflows and meet content deadlines
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook and Instagram marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media strategy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently from a home office
  • Experience working in agriculture or agricultural businesses is an asset
  • Bonus: experience with Canva, video editing tools, or paid advertising platforms

  • Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. They are knowledgeable about social media trends, capable of producing high-quality content, and able to manage their workload efficiently. Familiarity with agricultural content, audiences, or products is an advantage.
