• Lead the Content Select go‑to‑market strategy, defining positioning, messaging, and packaging for the product.
• Collaborate with internal teams to activate premium content opportunities and craft effective go‑to‑market narratives.
• Support the international rollout of the content marketplace by localizing messaging and aligning with regional partners.
• Work closely with Product, Partnerships, and Sales to translate features and updates into clear benefits for advertisers.
• Partner with Analytics to uncover performance trends and support data‑driven storytelling.
• Advocate for publisher needs and maintain a positive advertiser experience within Content Select.

• 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or go‑to‑market strategy in the CTV or ad‑tech space.
• Deep understanding of TV publishers and ad‑tech ecosystems, including inventory packaging and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience with self‑service ad managers, simplifying complex capabilities into advertiser‑friendly value propositions.
• Proven ability to create alignment across Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for converting technical details into compelling narratives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and launches simultaneously.
