Support the execution and automation of email marketing campaigns across multiple e‑commerce brands using AI tools and Klaviyo. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and requires reliability, proactive communication, and a strong work ethic.

• Plan and execute AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns across multiple e‑commerce brands using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance.
• Report and analyze key campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Keep the email marketing calendar up to date, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand goals.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver cohesive, engaging campaigns.

• Hands‑on email marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Experience with Klaviyo – automation, segmentation, campaign building.
• Experience with AI tools used in marketing (copywriting, predictive analytics, personalization).
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and apply data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive, brand‑aligned tone.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, committed to professional growth and results.

€1,000 – €2,500 after taxes, depending on skills, competencies, and experience. This role is via contract/freelance agreement.

This role is 100% remote. Our tribe primarily works in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET – UTC+2/UTC+3). Candidates must be available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours for full‑time roles; part‑time roles have no such requirement.
