Online Campaign Manager

Reporting to the Digital Performance & CRM Manager, you’ll support end‑to‑end digital campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure flawless execution across CRM, email, and affiliate channels.

• Use data to segment audiences and improve engagement + conversion.
• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
• Track performance, report on KPIs, and deliver insight‑led improvements.
• Support the digital marketing calendar and collaborate with creative, eCom, and marketing teams.

• Experience in CRM/email campaign management
• Experience in Affiliate and Partnership marketing
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about eCommerce and digital.
• UK‑based with flexibility to travel.
