The Role:
In line with our next phase of growth, we’re on the lookout for an established PR, partnerships & influencer lead to join our marketing team. You’ll lead press strategy, media relationships, stylist relations, VIP shopping experiences, influencer partnerships, and cultural partnerships — shaping how MKI is seen and spoken about across editorial, social, and creative platforms. Working closely with the brand marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams, you’ll deliver key moments of visibility and connection.
- PR & Product Placement
- Develop and execute MKI press strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, and media contacts.
- Lead seasonal press outreach, mailers, and communications.
- Manage sample requests and logistics for press, stylists, and talent.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Working with the brand marketing team you will:
Identify and manage cultural partnerships to boost brand visibility. - Oversee delivery of live partnership activations.
- Influencer & tastemaker relations
- Build and nurture relationships with key figures in menswear, culture, and lifestyle.
- Oversee influencer seeding programs.
- Identify emerging talent aligned with MKIs values and aesthetic.
- VIP Shopping & Client Experience
- Manage private appointments, previews, and exclusive product access.
- Maintain high-touch client relationships to enhance loyalty and brand engagement.
- 5+ years’ experience in PR and partnerships within fashion — ideally menswear.
- Established network of editors, stylists, influencers, and media contacts.
- Strong understanding of the connection between culture, community, and brand storytelling.
- Confident communicator — able to pitch, present, and negotiate with ease.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Collaborative by nature, but able to lead projects independently.
- The role is based full-time, at our headquarters in Bingley, West Yorkshire, Monday – Friday (this role is not suited to freelance or remote workers).
- The position is a new role within the team
- Salary will be negotiated on experience.
