Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok
- Create compelling content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond promptly
- Analyse social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Stay up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends
- Manage online reputation through proactive PR and crisis management when necessary
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of public relations principles
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging content
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
