Role Description

Reporting to the CEO, this is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in one of our offices, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining and optimizing social media profiles, monitoring web analytics, and executing online marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and managing various social platforms
  • Familiarity with website design using Wordpress (and Astra theme).
  • Proficiency with Google ad words
  • Strong skills in Web Analytics with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Capability to work independently while demonstrating collaboration in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools is a plus
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
