We’rea tight-knit, ambitious team building the future of finance – and we need a Marketing Manager to lead our next chapter of growth.

This is not just a marketing role;it’sa pivotal leadership position. As our first dedicated Marketing Manager, you will own the entire marketing strategy and execution.

You’llbe responsible for building our brand, generating high-quality leads for both borrowers and investors, andoptimisingour customer journey from first click to funded deal.

You’llreport directly to the CEO and have the autonomy to shape the function, with a clear path to Head of Marketing as we scale.

Leeds-based, with flexible home working

• Strategy & Leadership:Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with our business goals (borrower acquisition, investor recruitment, and brand authority).
• Campaign Management:Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, SEO, PPC, email, social media (Linked In, Twitter/X), and PR.
• Content & SEO:Oversee the creation of compelling content (blog posts, guides, case studies, videos) thatestablishesus as a thought leader and drives organic traffic.
• Performance Marketing:Manage and optimise digital advertising budgets (primarily Google Ads, Linked In) to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Lead Nurturing:Build and automate sophisticated email nurture sequences to convert leads into active borrowers and investors.
• Analytics & Reporting:Track, measure, and report on all KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, web traffic) using Google Analytics, CRM data, and other tools. Use insights to constantly improve performance.
• Brand & Community:Strengthen our brand presence within the fintech, SME, and investment communities.

• A hands-on marketing all-rounder with4+ years of experience
  , ideally within B2B, fintech, SaaS, or a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
• You have a
  proven track record
  of creating and executing marketing strategies that directlyimpactpipeline and revenue.
• You’re analytically minded, fluent in marketing analytics tools, and make decisions based on data, not gut feel.
• You’rean excellent writer and communicator, able to distil complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant messaging.
• You’rea self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You can plan strategically, but are also willing to roll up your sleeves and execute.
• Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools is essential.
• A keen interest in fintech, small business finance, or investing is a huge plus.
