Bodyset is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand execution and campaign delivery across our growing clinic network. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves turning strategy into standout, consistent brand experiences.
You’ll own quarterly brand and business campaigns end to end, act as the day‑to‑day guardian of the Bodyset brand, and work closely with clinical, commercial and creative partners to bring our brand to life across every channel and clinic.
What you’ll doBrand Campaigns & Content
- Plan and deliver quarterly brand and business campaigns aligned to clinical priorities and cultural moments
- Own campaign themes, timelines and rollouts with senior stakeholders
- Brief and manage designers, copywriters and agencies
- Oversee multi‑channel asset creation (digital, social, web, print, clinic screens)
- Deliver campaign toolkits and lead internal, clinic and partner rollouts
- Own the always‑on organic content plan across brand, business, recruitment and campaigns
- Lead content shoots end to end
- Plan and brief Meta activity and organic promotion with agency partners
- Manage blogs, case studies, social posting, You Tube uploads and partner tagging
- Oversee digital screen advertising and support local and national advertising
- Support clinic openings, relocations and closures from a brand and marketing perspective
- Own Linked In recruitment marketing and EVP storytelling
- Maintain POS, campaign guidelines and brand standards
- Oversee Yext listings and local digital presence
- Act as brand guardian across all internal and external communications
- Manage brand agencies and suppliers, including light budget and invoice oversight
- Lead updates to brand guidelines, POS, uniforms and event materials
- Provide proactive brand direction across key focus areas (e.g. Run Fit, Women’s Health)
- Review clinic spaces and identify opportunities to improve brand consistency
- Own company bulletins, internal storytelling and Team Q&As
- Deliver Quarterly and Annual Awards end to end
- Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns
- Strong experience in brand or campaign marketing
- Proven delivery of multi‑channel campaigns from planning to rollout
- Excellent organisation, briefing and stakeholder management skills
- Confident working with agencies and suppliers
- Calm, detail‑driven and commercially aware
- Curious about culture, trends and what truly resonates
Experience in healthcare, fitness or multi‑site brands is a plus.
Location & contractThis is a 12‑month maternity cover role. While the role is remote/home based, candidates must live in the South of England and be within a reasonable commute of Bodyset clinics, as regular travel is required.
