Overview

A fantastic Public Relations and Social Media Account Executive job near Leicester (Market Harborough) has become available for a successful independent PR Agency.

We’re an independent agency with a strong track record in consumer and B2B communications. We deliver exceptional results for our clients and offer a range of in-house services, from content, social media management, strategy, events and bespoke publications, to in-house video production, design and crisis management. In everything we do, the needs of our clients come first.

Highlights
  • Salary of £26,000-£29,000 based on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
  • Company Pension.

Job Overview

You'll be involved in all aspects of the business, creating multi-media content and ensuring it reaches its end audience, then reporting and learning from the results. You'll be invited to contribute ideas and will learn how to design and implement PR strategies.

Our team is office based. We have a great balance of experience which creates the support network you will need to succeed in the business. PR is about people and relationships so we value face-to-face interaction. If you'd rather work from home than alongside your colleagues, this won't be the role for you. If you enjoy being around people, you'll find the team friendly and supportive, with a wealth of experience to share.

Ideal

Candidate

Applicants should ideally have at least two years’ professional experience in an agency or in-house role but we're open to recruiting people from different backgrounds provided there's a demonstrable passion for communications!

  • Excellent writing skills with impeccable attention to detail is key.
  • You must be able to quickly build relationships, as we're well known for our exceptional results in media relations.
  • Experience in social media is an advantage.
  • You will be creative yet organised and methodical
  • You'll be able to demonstrate initiative and critical thinking
