Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Public Relations & Media Specialist to help amplify the fair group mission and enhance our media presence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in public relations, a strong storyteller, and capable of building relationships with key media contacts.
Responsibilities
:
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and compelling brand stories.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across TV, radio, podcasts, and online publications.
- Monitor and respond to media inquiries, coordinating interviews with company representatives.
- Research and identify opportunities for media coverage, guest articles, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Track and analyze media coverage, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Required
:
- Proven experience in public relations, communications, or media outreach.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
:
- Experience working with healthcare or mental health brands (not essential).
- Knowledge of current mental health trends and challenges.
