This Client Manager role will be working with brands including Reiss, GAP and Victoria's Secret. This core role will encompass responsibility for much of the day-to-day running of the account, from feeding into comms planning client responses, to ensuring financial process is accurately executed. This role will sit within the client account team and be responsible for day-to-day management of campaigns, including liaising with channel teams and the client ensuring we deliver against the set KPIs.
The role will include directly managing one Client Executive.
- Seamless Client
Experience:
Deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for clients by owning key deliverables and leading day-to-day activity and campaign planning. - End-to-End Campaign Planning:
Support the Client Partner by using iProspect's planning framework to shape full campaign plans and collaborate with activation teams for flawless execution. - Campaign Execution & Reporting:
Oversee campaigns from initial media planning through to final wrap-up reports, ensuring strategic alignment throughout. - Daily Client Management:
Ensure all client requests and deliverables are met with excellence, providing best-in-class service consistently. - Brilliant Basics Delivery:
Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all outputs delivered to clients. - Financial Stewardship:
Work with internal teams, clients, and activation specialists to ensure strong financial management, including POs for all bookings and timely, accurate billing. - Clear Communication &
Collaboration:
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables and deadlines, while fostering a healthy, positive team culture. - Team Leadership & Development:
Directly manage Client Executives, providing guidance, support, and ownership of their professional development.

- The team is based in our Newcastle office and operates on predominantly remote working model with requirements once to twice a month onsite.
