We achieve this by optimizing every lever of their commercial strategy – product, price, innovation, marketing, and sales – based on deep insights into what customers want and value. With 40 years of experience in monetization topics of all kinds, we are regarded as the world's leading pricing and growth specialist.

We are hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager to support our UK business. This is a hands‑on role responsible for executing and delivering high‑quality marketing activity that strengthens our reputation and supports business development in the UK market. You will work closely with the UK partner group and broader business, and collaborate with Global Marketing to activate campaigns, drive local initiatives, and ensure consistent execution across channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys both planning and rolling up their sleeves to deliver.

How you will create impact:
Deliver the UK marketing plan
  • Develop and execute a focused UK marketing plan aligned to business priorities.
  • Translate commercial objectives into practical, deliverable marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the UK marketing budget responsibly and effectively.
Activate campaigns and content

  • Support the development and activation of local content.
Drive PR and external visibility
  • Manage UK PR activity in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and relevant external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to raise Simon‑Kucher’s profile in the UK market
Lead events and client engagement activity
  • Plan and deliver UK events, round tables, sponsor ships, and webinars.
  • Ensure high‑quality execution and strong follow‑up to maximise impact.
  • Manage external support
  • Select and manage agencies or freelancers where appropriate (e.g., PR).
  • Ensure clear briefs, strong quality control, and measurable outcomes.
