We are looking for someone who brings energy and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, purpose‑led environment where impact and outcomes matter most. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how we grow, compete, and differentiate in highly specialised therapy areas, as part of a team that values ownership, high performance, and delivering meaningful impact.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Develop and execute long‑term brand strategies and annual plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver sales and profit targets for the brands by growing top‑line sales and optimising the bottom line through evidence‑based ROI analysis.
  • Manage the portfolio lifecycle to maximise growth opportunities and ensure STADA UK Specialty brands outperform the competition, by "thinking big" and generating innovative ideas for growth, including EPD (Existing Product Development) and NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.
  • Lead the Brand Team, ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Insights, Regulatory, and other functions to drive brand success.
  • Conduct robust market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead omnichannel promotional campaigns tailored to HCPs, payers and all other relevant decision makers.
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs, making data‑driven adjustments and using insights to make fast, evidence‑based decisions to optimise opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Champion the patient at all times, acting as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate to the highest ethical and compliance standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in life sciences, business, marketing or related field (MBA, MSc or Pharm

    D is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within specialty care including rare and orphan conditions.
  • Experience in neurology or nephrology is strongly preferred, with specific experience in Parkinson’s disease seen as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading brand strategy, launches, and growth initiatives in innovative healthcare environments.
  • Strong capability in digital, omnichannel marketing, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, energise, and align cross‑functional teams.
  • A high‑energy, proactive mindset, with urgency, ownership, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and purpose‑led environment where patients and teamwork come first.
  • Understanding of market access and payer landscapes in specialty care.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
How We Care For You
  • Competitive salary and annual bonus scheme.
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme offering 8% employer contribution rates.
  • Hybrid working – we spend three days of your choice in the office, with the remaining days working at home.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays with the potential to buy up to 5 additional days.
  • Free winter flu jab.
  • Wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme and KYAN Wellbeing – offering free coaching and counselling services for you and your family.
  • Electric Car Scheme through Octopus Energy, plus free on‑site EV charging.
