MARKETING INTERN
SINGAPORE, LUXURY
The Marketing Intern of the Luxury Marketing Team plays a very important supporting role. He or she will partake in tasks relating to Branding Building, 360
* Campaigns, Trade Marketing, Public Relations, Events, etc.
He or she will be part of the team who plays our part to carry out our CEO’s Purpose, Mission, Vision & Values to unleash every vision of beauty for COTY.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Marketing Intern, you will be reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager and you will manage:
- Providing support in trade marketing to ensure the commercial success of BTL campaigns
- Working closely with respective agencies to develop/localise global marketing materials that are within brand guidelines for external usage
- Collaborating with and providing guidance to Commercial Team to ensure excellent brand representations and deployments of marketing collaterals/tools
- Assisting in all animation/event pre-preparations and set‑ups
- Ensuring timeliness and accuracy in both pre‑ and post‑campaigns’ follow‑ups
- Assisting in other ad‑hoc administrative duties assigned
You will be able to learn:
- A good overview of what the entire 360° spectrum of Marketing entails
- The details and requirements for a successful brand‑building campaign
- The focus, grit and dedication to thrive in the Luxury Beauty industry
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full‑time internship.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Self‑motivated and self‑starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross‑cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
- Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow‑up with loose ends.
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
