The MissionOur client runs a growing content business across Crypto, Personal Finance, Roller Coasters, and a premium membership community. To scale consistently, they need someone who can own execution and keep everything moving.
Role OverviewThis is a hands‑on operations role that sits at the center of the content workflow. You will work closely with a small team that includes video editors, a thumbnail designer, and a researcher. Your job is to keep everyone aligned, timelines clear, and processes running smoothly so the creator can focus on strategy and recording. If you enjoy organizing chaos, tightening systems, and being the person who makes everything work, this role will fit you.
ContentOperations and Publishing
- Own and maintain a rolling two to four week content calendar across three You Tube channels and supporting social platforms inappropriate.
- Manage content from idea to final upload, coordinating handoffs between research, editing, and thumbnails.
- Upload videos to You Tube with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and affiliate links.
- Oversee short form content creation for Shorts, Tik Tok, and Reels.
- Ensure consistent daily posting and engagement on X and Twitter.
- Take partially completed scripts from the researcher and restructure them into clear hooks, talking points, and smooth transitions.
- Prepare material so our client can sit down and record immediately without needing to rewrite or reorganize content.
- Monitor inbound emails from sponsors and brand partners.
- Track all sponsor deliverables including mentions, links, and social posts.
- Make sure obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Flag renewal opportunities/questions to avoid missed revenue SPD.
- Coordinate weekly market updates, portfolio updates, and livestream schedules for the premium membership.
- Support moderators, giveaways, and member communications.
- Help maintain a smooth and high value member experience.
- Strong organizational skills with an operations first mindset.
- Solid understanding of You Tube publishing, metadata, click through rate, and audience retention.
- Comfortable working with tools like Beehiiv, landing pages, funnels, and basic CMS platforms.
- Excellent written English and the ability to adapt to an established brand voice.
- Experience using project management tools such as Click Up, Notion, or Trello.
- Someone who enjoys building repeatable systems.
- A proactive self starter who does not need constant direction.
- A reliable operator who takes ownership and follows through.
