Branding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development and roll‑out of Trouw Nutrition’s global brand strategy, aligned with strategic species and category priorities.
• Partner closely with external agencies to develop brand guidelines, enablement toolkits, and high‑impact brand assets.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure global alignment while capturing relevant local insights.
• Define clear brand KPIs, support global rollouts, and report on successes and key learning points.
• Manage brand implementation timelines, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging brand communication across the organization.
• Contribute to the adaptation and activation of branding updates across business units and internal platforms, including SharePoint and Viva Engage.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B branding or strategic marketing.
• A strong understanding of global brand planning and its connection to business goals.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for tone and consistency.
• Experience working with cross‑functional, international stakeholders and external agencies.
• A creative, flexible mindset with strong project and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) will help you hit the ground running.
