• Identify trends in the international student market through market research, focusing on regions where Chinese is the primary language.
• Analyze competitors, student preferences, and emerging education marketplaces to shape marketing tactics.
• Present research findings to management and recommend tailored marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives targeting parents and potential students in China and other East Asian countries.
• Create content for platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and other UK-based channels that adheres to linguistic and cultural norms.
• Oversee community engagement, monitor campaign performance, and schedule social media content.
• Communicate with clients to understand their learning objectives and keep them informed of events, deadlines, and new services.
• Act as liaison between Fuann Ltd. and external partners, including agents and educational institutions.
• Collaborate with directors and sales executives to ensure marketing plans align with corporate goals.
• Assist administrative staff in developing and improving client engagement plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (preferably).
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and oversee cross‑cultural digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot), SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and tone for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, including interpreting consumer behavior and market trend data.
• Imaginative, resourceful, and self‑motivated.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
