Role Overview

As a Client Success Representative, you’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You’ll lead virtual meetings, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure that clients achieve their business goals through strategic support and proactive communication.

This role requires strong project management skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to build genuine relationships in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary success partner for key accounts
  • Lead bi-weekly virtual meetings with clear agendas and action items
  • Maintain digital records of client interactions and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and Martech teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and workflows
  • Lead internal team huddles and communicate with leadership
  • Use Basecamp and Kanban boards to manage digital workflows
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Address project risks and optimize resources to meet deadlines
Daily Activities
  • Onboard new clients and coordinate campaign kickoffs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide training and support through calls, videos, and demos
  • Gather feedback and advocate for client needs internally
  • Monitor engagement and satisfaction to prevent churn
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and KPIs
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B account/project management
  • Proven success in client-facing roles and campaign delivery

    Strong communication and leadership skills in remote settings
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Basecamp, and marketing tools
  • Bonus:
