PPC Manager

On-Site | £30k-£40k depending on experience | Full-time | Performance based bonus scheme.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive PPC Manager to help manage our growing client list. The ideal candidate is someone who can deliver results by making smart strategic decisions based on data. As well as the ability to operate & communicate in our wider production team, which is at the heart of everything we do at Pronto.

We work in a wide range of sectors from home improvements, financial claims, mortgages & more. It's a very diverse and interesting role which will always keep you excited. Which is why we're after someone with the passion and drive to take ownership of these accounts to benefit themselves and also our clients.

We do also offer remote working - one day per week.

• Managing day-to-day performance of client campaigns
• Building and optimising campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max & Demand Gen.
• Ensure clients targets are being met and liaise with the production team if not.
• Providing analytical based insights based on data to improve campaigns.
• Spotting growth opportunities and reducing wasted spend.
• Testing new campaign types and ideas to ensure we are performing as market leaders.
• Coordinate with our content, design and social teams to align on performance & campaign assets.

• 2-5 years of Google Ads experience (ideally with digital/lead generation agencies)
• Confident managing multiple accounts across a wide range of sectors.
• Can work in a fast based environment.
• Ability to understand data and make strategic decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Confident with setting up conversion tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager.
