Location: Greater London

Hybrid (3 days per week in our Marylebone office, 2 days per week at home/remote)

The Role

This dynamic role involves leading the analysis of all communication channels (Paid, Earned, and Owned) to enhance business performance, tracking and evaluating marketing efforts, and providing strategic insights for optimisation. You will oversee cross‑channel paid media analytics to boost planning and ROI, collaborating closely with finance and ecommerce teams for accurate forecasting. Additionally, you will ensure high‑quality data is accessible and actionable, supporting effective media planning and guiding the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead data analysis to align marketing strategy with financial plans and forecasts.
  • Oversee MMM data analytics to report on paid media efficiency and effectiveness, aiding budget and cross‑channel planning.
  • Provide actionable insights from MMM analytics to the paid media team for budgeting and campaign planning.
  • Establish measurement and reporting frameworks for cross‑channel paid media campaigns, integrating insights from earned and owned channels.
  • Collaborate with Digital & Technology’s Data & Analytics team to set up relevant measurement tools and dashboards.
  • Manage research providers supporting marketing analytics.
  • Act as the main contact for media agency analytics, representing Pandora’s expertise.
  • Integrate digital platform performance data with media channel specialists.
  • Drive innovation in media and marketing analytics for future growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in media/marketing analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ROI measurement and reporting techniques.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Adobe, Power

    BI, Tableau, Data Studio) and coding languages; understanding of paid media ecosystem and planning/buying processes.
  • Knowledge of all marketing channels, including CRM and PR & influencers.
  • Analytical mindset for simplifying complex data for decision‑making.
  • Adaptable in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
  • Team player who can explain complex analysis to non‑experts; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for data‑driven marketing and customer behaviour trends.
