Birmingham Adult Education Service (BAES) is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to lead the delivery and development of our communications activity.
In This Role You Will- Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
- Develop clear, audience-focused messaging that supports strategic objectives
- Provide expert advice and challenge to colleagues on effective communication approaches
- Create and develop content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
- Use insight, data, and evaluation to continuously improve performance and reach
- Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape narratives for a wide range of audiences
- Have proven experience delivering integrated communications across digital and offline channels
- Be confident working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Show strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Take an analytical, insight-led approach to improving engagement and campaign performance
- Bring creativity, curiosity, and a drive to innovate
