Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager supports BUZUD’s marketing initiatives by leading a team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. This role requires leadership skills, creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professional to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors, media, and partners for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Support event planning, product launches, and roadshows.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure BUZUD’s branding is consistent across all marketing platforms.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO/SEM).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
