As a CRM Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our customer marketing plans to life across channels including email, SMS, app, direct mail and in-store communications. Working as part of our CRM team, you'll help deliver engaging campaigns that reach millions of customers, ensuring every communication is accurate, timely and aligned to the Screwfix brand.

You'll also support activity across our growing Screwfix Rewards programme, gaining valuable exposure to loyalty marketing at a time when customer loyalty is one of Screwfix's key strategic growth priorities.

You'll work closely with teams across the business, helping to coordinate campaigns from briefing through to delivery, while analysing performance and sharing insights that help us continuously improve the customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Help to develop, execute and report on CRM programmes and campaigns using our state‑of‑the‑art marketing automation software.
  • Complete and check campaign briefs to enable design, artwork production, print/mailing and/or product requirements to be actioned by relevant departments. This includes distribution and collation of proofs and amends within campaign deadlines.
  • Co‑ordinate and implement CRM activity in accordance with the agreed marketing and customer plan.
  • Ensure marketing schedules are updated with CRM activities and key milestones are met.
  • Manage communication of key plans on a regular basis with stakeholders such as Store Operations, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Web Merchandising.
  • Assist with the analysis of campaigns, presenting findings in an agreed format.
  • Liaise with key contributors and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication of campaign activity.
  • Escalate potential issues or problems that may affect campaign delivery to the Line Manager.
  • Ensure all communications to customers are in line with the tone and branding of Screwfix and that all information within those communications is correct.
Required skills & experience
  • Experience with in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work co‑operatively and effectively with others.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with people at all levels.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a large number of tasks at once.
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word, including creating and amending presentations, using basic formulas and formatting Word documents.
  • Experience managing a changing workload is essential.
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and marketing channels is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in marketing is not essential but would be an advantage.
