Supplier Marketing Strategist - ECS

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and plan multi‑touch, multi‑channel marketing strategy and experience to promote supplier brands, using effective internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Own marketing investment and spending strategy against the marketing plans.
• Deliver ROI through effective marketing execution against the marketing plans.
• Use the campaign brief development process to create effective campaign plans, align business and suppliers, obtain sign‑off, and coordinate with shared services and marketing effectiveness organization to execute and track campaign effectiveness.
• Apply advanced product and technical knowledge of designated supplier and brand/product areas to create high‑impact supplier marketing campaigns that drive new product introductions and generate qualified opportunities from suitable buyers.
• Analyze and articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics to suppliers, partners, and Arrow stakeholders, including rebates and revenue as program ROI.
• Serve as the face of Arrow ECS Marketing to the supplier community, acting as the single point of contact for all planned or unplanned campaigns.
• Monitor closely the progress of campaign execution with shared services teams or agencies and guide strategic marketing planning for external customers and internal stakeholders to gain market share and maximize profitability.
• Manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring the marketing plan is implemented on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed.

• Typically requires a 4‑year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• IBM and/or Red Hat, preferred Data/AI Platform portfolio.
• Proven experience designing and executing demand‑generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and new logo acquisition within a B2B technology environment, preferably across Data, AI, or hybrid cloud solution portfolios.
• Experience building multi‑touch demand‑generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels—including email nurture, paid digital, webinars, events, content syndication, and social—aligned to buyer journey stages.
• Solid background in supplier/vendor co‑marketing programs, including management of MDF (Market Development Funds) and supplier‑funded marketing initiatives.
• Experience owning and managing marketing investment budgets, with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable ROI and report against key performance metrics including pipeline generation, rebates, and revenue impact.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign brief development and the full campaign lifecycle from supplier alignment and sign‑off through execution via shared services or agencies and effectiveness tracking.
