We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive website traffic, and support overall business growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands‑on execution. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for search engine visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO‑friendly content.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze return on ad spend (ROAS) and recommend improvements.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions.
- Track social media performance and generate reports.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement.
- Monitor open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and stakeholders to create high‑quality digital content.
- Support blog publishing, website updates, case studies, and lead‑generation assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing platforms.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Measure KPIs including traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Create lead nurturing workflows and customer journey campaigns.
- Support lead generation and customer retention initiatives.
- Assist with website updates, content publishing, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with developers to implement tracking, enhancements, and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and social media advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Experience working with Word Press or other CMS platforms.
