Internship overview
Are you passionate about iconic brands and the power of marketing to move people? As a Global Brand Management Intern for Birra Moretti at HEINEKEN, you will be at the heart of building one of the most-loved global premium beer brands. You’ll support a wide range of brand-building activities, from global campaigns and innovation projects to consumer activations and market collaboration initiatives that help grow Birra Moretti worldwide.
This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience in global brand strategy, creative development, and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.
- Support the development and execution of campaigns for Birra Moretti, from briefing creative agencies to tracking campaign performance across global and local markets
- Contribute to trade and consumer activations, helping to translate the brand strategy into engaging on‑ and off‑trade POSM, event, and shopper marketing experiences
- Help develop and launch new products or brand extensions that bring the authentic Italian taste experience to new occasions and audiences
- Support brand governance by maintaining brand guidelines, toolkits, and asset management to ensure consistency across all markets and touchpoints
- Prepare presentations, market updates and other communication material to keep stakeholders aligned and inspired
As an intern you'll be an integral part of the Global Brand Management team of Birra Moretti, which is responsible for building and growing one of HEINEKEN’s most iconic premium beer brands across international markets. You’ll work with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborate across departments.
Qualifications- Proactive attitude with the confidence to take initiative and bring fresh ideas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
, both written and spoken - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights or data into clear recommendations
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn within an international and fast‑paced environment
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management or creative collaboration tools is a plus
- Genuine passion for brands, consumer marketing, and creative storytelling
, combined with curiosity about global consumer culture
- Enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and able to provide proof of enrollment during onboarding
- Non‑EU nationals must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution
- EU nationals may also be registered at educational institutions outside the EU
- Reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship; HEINEKEN does not provide housing
- Possess a valid citizen service number (BSN)
- Full‑time internship, starting on September 1, 2026
- Duration of 5 or 6 months (to be agreed with your supervisor)
- Home office located in Amsterdam
- Hybrid model: typically three days a week at the office and two days working from home
- Monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40‑hour workweek
- Earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full‑time internship)
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, commuting costs will be fully reimbursed
