Intern Innovation Marketing Specialist

Join Kramp’s Digital Marketing & Branding department in Varsseveld as an intern and contribute to exciting innovation projects that support our marketing teams across Europe.

• Help further improve efficiency and bring innovations to our digital marketing tooling, such as our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Content Management System (CMS).
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance content creation workflows—from copy and visuals to translations.
• Support the execution of innovative promotion strategies.
• Conduct research on marketing trends, tooling innovations, and competitor strategies.
• Work closely with international stakeholders to align and scale innovative solutions across countries.

• Currently enrolled in a university of applied sciences (HBO) program related to Marketing, Communication, Innovation, or Business, and available for at least 32 hours per week, starting January 2026.
• Pro‑active and curious about marketing technology and digital trends.
• Structured and analytical in working with tools, data, and processes.
• Comfortable working both independently and in an international team.
• Creative, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Able to manage deadlines and keep an overview of multiple tasks.
• Strong in written and spoken English;
  Dutch is a plus.
• Available in Varsseveld for three days a week to support collaboration.
