An established customer centric business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Campaign & Email Marketing Specialist to join their small marketing team and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM platform to segment audiences and personalise outreach as well as creating, implementing, and managing email campaigns that engage customers and ultimately drive business growth.
Duties will also include:
Analysing campaign performance and generating reports to inform future strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
Conducting A/B testing and optimising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing, for example AI & automation
This role would suit an ambitious & driven candidate with proven experience in an Email Marketing Specialist, CRM Marketing Executive, Direct Marketing Co-ordinator, or similar role planning, executing and reviewing multiple concurrent B2B email marketing campaigns. It is essential to have proven CRM expertise, ideally Hub Spot or Salesforce, with excellent written communication skills (copywriting short form) and a keen eye for detail.
This is a perfect role for someone with a passion for driving successful marketing campaigns through effective email strategies, that is also data driven and highly analytical (data and metrics).
This Campaign & Email Marketing Specialist position is paying up to £40,000 plus benefits including supporting ongoing training. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation and creativity.
