Communications & Change Management Coordinator - 7005

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Communications & Change Management Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract with extension already planned, based in Basel, Switzerland.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days home office. The Communications & Change Management Coordinator provides execution support to the Change & Communications Lead to ensure effective delivery of communication and change activities across the program. The role supports development of communication materials, coordination of stakeholders, and day-to-day execution of change and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Responsibilities

    Draft and update communication materials, including emails, FAQs, presentations and talking points, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholde

    Maintain and organize core communication materials such as Q&A documents, toolkits, and SharePoint content, ensuring materials are kept up to date and easily accessib

    Coordinate inputs from HR, communications, and functional teams, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables to support timely and aligned executi

    Support preparation of leadership communication materials, meetings, and workshops, including agenda preparation and documentati
  • on.

    Support execution of engagement activities including manager enablement formats by preparing materials and coordinating logisti
  • cs.

    Capture and structure feedback from stakeholders and engagement activities to support continuous improvement and transparen
  • cy.

    Maintain trackers, timelines, and task lists, supporting overall coordination and ensuring visibility of ongoing communication and change activitie
Qualifications

    Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship requ
  • ired University degree in relevant fi
  • eld.
    3–6 years of experience in communications, project coordination, or change managem
  • ent.

    Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured messag
  • ing.

    Highly organized with strong attention to det
  • ail.

    Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environm
  • ent.

    Experience working in global or matrix organizations is prefer
