Position: Performance Specialist

About The Role

Accrue is looking for a talented individual who is looking to grow their career in eCommerce and digital advertising. Our ideal candidate has 4‑5 years of experience working with Amazon Advertising. The individual will be required to perform a mix of operational and client‑related responsibilities.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Performance lead on a defined book of business and acts as the primary point of contact for all Amazon advertising related initiatives (Sponsored Ads & DSP) including media planning, advertising optimization and insights & analytics.
  • Provide education on Amazon Advertising products and analyze campaign performance against essential metrics to identify, suggest, and implement optimizations, aiding advertisers in achieving their business objectives.
  • Adopt and leverage various Amazon & 3rd party tools to create media strategies & optimize campaigns.
  • Work with advertisers on a 1:1 basis to understand campaign performance and advertising strategies.
  • Analyzing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients’ KPIs.
  • Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in‑depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns.
  • Working with Account Management, Analytics & Retail teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
  • Develop advertising playbooks and strategies based on client profiles, categories and campaign objectives.
Qualifications
  • 3‑4 years of Amazon Advertising experience (MUST)
  • Experience with media planning against Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP
  • Experience in client‑facing roles and is comfortable to work in EST
  • High competency with analyzing, understanding and using data to make performance decisions
  • Strong English Proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Availability:
    Available to work in Eastern Standard Time is a mandatory requirement.
