We are an international investment community of 2,300 people, including more than 550 investment professionals, with a focus on delivering broad investment solutions and a strong financial foundation.

Job Description

You will lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, acting as the central connector between marketing, creative teams, and external partners to ensure work is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget. You translate campaign strategy into actionable plans, manage cross‑functional workflows, and drive measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills to guide teams, scale processes, and deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive planning and deployment for marketing campaigns and programs while serving as a key leader and liaison between Marketing and the internal Brand, Creative & Content Team as well as external agencies, consultancies, and specialists.
  • Partner with and advise colleagues and partners to create and deliver customer‑oriented solutions that promote brand growth, working with designers, writers, creative technologists, and other team members from project definition through production and launch.
  • Serve as the key connection between Marketing/Program Managers and internal and external creative teams, managing deliverables and project schedules for a portfolio of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Partner with members of the Brand, Creative & Content Team and external resources to define, develop, and execute all aspects of campaigns and programs.
  • Guide the development of marketing and campaign strategy—including the learning agenda, messaging, and channel selection—then organize and lead a cross‑functional team that translates the strategy into executable deliverables with well‑defined test design, creative direction, data requirements, and tracking and measurement requirements.
  • Own the executional planning and deployment phases of the campaign lifecycle, maintaining alignment to business goals as well as overall brand and business objectives.
  • Facilitate workflow management and ensure all campaign deadlines and expectations are met, escalating roadblocks and challenges when necessary.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise and with external resources to develop and manage integrated project plans and calendars, working with other producers and teams to staff all projects effectively based on deadlines, deliverables, and team members' capacity and talents.
  • Promote and maintain consistent communication between the team, stakeholders, and partners, and work with the marketing strategy team to build and deliver campaign awareness and readiness materials when appropriate.
  • Manage campaign reporting and project documentation.
  • Define and develop ways to make our work more scalable and repeatable to optimize team capacity and business value.
  • Maintain a firm understanding of Columbia Threadneedle Investments brand standards, products, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, audiences, and business objectives related to your assigned campaigns and programs.
  • Deliver a consistent, professional client and customer experience.
  • Advocate for effective program metrics and tracking, and ensure all necessary tracking measures are in place and post‑campaign results are delivered.
  • Guide and support partners who manage projects that intersect with our team’s expertise and deliverables.
  • Serve as a peer coach and mentor to other producers and team members.
