Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to customers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities- Execute all marketing communications materials.
- Assist in managing all press media.
- Maintain and update the company’s corporate websites.
- Coordinate all aspects of marketing communications required for marketing and corporate activities.
- Include all events and trade shows.
- Develop marketing materials required by the press and media.
- Coordinate events with media and Public Relations agencies.
- Plan the preparation of product presentations and corporate presentations.
- Assist in organizing trade events and trade shows, product launches.
- Organize and conceptualize customer visits to production facility.
- Provide structure and development of the website, Facebook account, and Instagram.
- Prepare information for communications.
- Website and social media.
- Content Calendar planning.
- Open to 5.5 day weekly work schedule (alternate Saturdays, remote working).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand building.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with content creation for Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
