Keyresponsibilities
- Lead promotional projects for OTC for one of our major retailers in the Benelux based on shopper insights and retail analyses together with the NRM team.
- Manage deadlines for promo development and act as the key contact for 3rd party agencies.
- Support joint business planning and ensure effective execution of promotional calendars.
- Drive in-store excellence measurements and operational excellence.
- Responsible for the execution of the marketing mix, driving conversion while being consistent with Haleon customer and brand positioning.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of in-store POS materials and find new ways to drive category growth with key retailers.
- Build strong key account and brand plans together with Brand Marketing and Key Account Manager.
- Analyze market data information and promotional effectiveness, and determine knowledge gaps in shopper behavior.
- Support the Customer Marketing team in their day-to-day activities to ensure an aligned Customer Marketing strategy for BNL.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in customer marketing, project management, and promotional development.
- Strong understanding of shopper insights, retail analyses, and key account strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze promotional effectiveness.
- Ability to build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving category growth.
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch, English is needed on top.
